Coronavirus and Tree Work
Respecting recent and anticipated ordinances in Durham, Orange, and Chatham counties our operations continue, as a "critical trade," while we take precautions to ensure safety. As before, all of our communications can be done online or over the phone. Meetings with clients will be kept outdoors on your property, at a safe interpersonal distance. If doorbells or gate latches must be touched, our arborists have alcohol-based wipes to disinfect these surfaces afterwards. Our workers are to keep 6-feet of separation between themselves, their co-workers, and any clients, to travel is separate vehicles, and, wherever possible, assigned separate tools and equipment.
We appreciate our clients who continue to request our services, and for work that keeps us outdoors. Recognizing, however, that these are difficult and uncertain times, we are prepared to customize our services to fit changing needs and hardships.
We can work with you to distinguish critical and cost-saving tree care services from the rest. When tree work doesn't need to be done, we are happy to let you know and explain why.
With many of our clients now at home, this is an opportunity turn free estimates into free consultations with you about your trees.
For necessary tree work, we can offer our clients delayed or incremental payment options.
If you are a do-it-yourself type, now with time to work in your yard, we are happy to work with you on a plan that identifies projects that you can effectively do on your own.
To keep our team members employed, we are happy to price related services that we might not typically otherwise have time for in this season. These include debris removal or processing, planting, mulching with wood chips, invasive plant mitigation....
